Efficient Diary Pro

Some people like to keep a journal of what they do, maybe for making it easier to recall certain moments or certain details or just because they feel like doing it. But there are times when paper diaries can't keep up anymore. That's because they can't be protected from being read by unwanted people. Besides that, finding certain information inside it can take a lot of time and effort, especially if the diary contains a lot of information. There is an alternative to paper diaries and that's the Efficient Diary Pro software. As its name clearly states, the program is able to efficiently organize information and allows anyone to add diary entries using an intuitive interface.

The program can run on almost any Windows versions and takes little time to complete the installation process. Only a few clicks are required to get the program installed into the system. It takes up around 10 MB of hard disk space and it's gentle with the system resources.

When running the software for the first time, a window will be shown, asking the user to enter a password for protecting the diary. Without this password, nobody will be able to access the text entries. After completing this step, one will be shown a simple interface which is organized in several sections. The first section allows organizing diaries according to their date. As such, diaries written in the current day, week or month will be displayed, allowing the user to quickly find a certain entry.

Clicking on the green button will allow adding a new text entry to the diary. The Diary Entry window resembles the one of a regular text editor, having a lot of features for customizing text. Besides that, the mood can be chosen from several available. Besides writing text, the user can also add file attachments to the diary entry. After having completed the entry, one can save it into the program.

The maximum number of entries that can be added to the program is unlimited. Besides writing text manually, the user can also import CSV or HTML files and can also save typed text in one of these formats. There is an efficient search tool available, for quickly finding a certain entry or piece of information.
